• Processing time depends on the current order queue

Shipping Information

• UK and International Orders: include tracking
• Free Shipping:
  • UK orders over £100
  • International orders over £140

Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate shipping address at checkout
• Monitoring expected delivery date
• In case of incorrect address provided by customer, re-shipping costs will be your responsibility

International Orders

• May be opened and inspected by customs officials
• Could be subject to import duties and tariffs upon reaching destination country
• These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer
